[5] Express Blood Drop: After lancing, hold the lancing
device against your skin until a blood droplet forms. Do not
squeeze directly around the lanced area. Make sure the blood
drop is large enough to completely fill the visual fill window
of the test strip. Pull the lancing device directly off your palm
or forearm to ensure that you do not smear the blood drop.
