Function Description
The stand mixer is primarily used for preparing various food mixtures. It features an output shaft where different utensils can be attached, a mixing bowl for holding ingredients, and a speed knob to control the mixing intensity. The appliance is equipped with a rise button that allows the arm to be lifted for easy access to the mixing bowl and for attaching/detaching accessories. It operates on a 220-240V~ 50-60Hz safety power socket.
Usage Features
Setting Up the Mixer:
- Lifting the Arm: To lift the mixer arm, press the Rise button (2) downwards in the direction of the arrow. The arm will then move upwards.
- Placing the Pot Cover: Position the pot cover (9) onto the main body of the mixer.
- Attaching the Mixing Bowl: Place the mixing bowl (5) into its holding device. Turn the bowl clockwise until it securely locks into place.
- Mounting Utensils: Select the appropriate utensil (Dough hook (6), Beater (8), or Whisk (7)) for your task. Insert the top of the utensil into the output shaft (1) and turn it anti-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Adding Ingredients: Fill the mixing bowl with your ingredients. It's crucial not to overfill the machine; the maximum quantity of ingredients should not exceed 1.0Kg.
- Lowering the Arm: Once ingredients are added, lower the arm by pressing the rise button (2) downwards.
- Connecting to Power: Insert the mains plug into a properly installed 220-240V~ 50-60Hz safety power socket.
Operating the Mixer:
- Speed Control: Switch on the machine using the speed knob (3). You can select a speed between 1 and 6, depending on the mixture's consistency and the desired outcome.
- Pulse Operation: For short-interval kneading or pulse operation, turn the speed knob to the "PULSE" position. The switch must be held in this position for the desired interval length. Releasing the switch will automatically return it to the "0" position.
- Stopping the Mixer: After kneading or stirring, once the mixture has formed a ball or reached the desired consistency, turn the speed knob (3) back to the "0" position. Then, remove the mains plug from the socket.
- Removing Mixture: Press the rise button (2) downwards to raise the arm. The mixture can then be released from the utensil using a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.
- Removing Mixing Bowl: The mixing bowl can now be easily removed from its holding device.

- Safety First: Always remove the mains lead from the socket before cleaning the appliance.
- Motor Housing: Never immerse the main housing, which contains the motor, in water. Use only a damp rinsing cloth to clean the outside of the housing. Avoid using sharp or abrasive detergents.
- Mixing Bowl and Mixing Equipment: The mixing bowl and mixing equipment (dough hook, beater, whisk) are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher. Exposure to high heat or caustic cleaners in a dishwasher can cause them to become misshapen or discolored. Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembling the device. After drying, it is recommended to apply a small quantity of vegetable oil to the screens.
