Bit 4 is set if the module has not settled, as during the automatic
settling of a Tunable Laser module.
Bit 5 is set if the module is out of specifications, or if lambda zeroing
failed for a Tunable Laser module.
Bit 6 is set if ARA is recommended.
Bit 7 is set if the duty cycle is out of range.
Bit 8 is set if coherence control is uncalibrated
Bit 9 is set if attenuator beam path protection is enabled (shutter is
closed)
Bit 10 is set if lambda zeroing is recommended.
All other bits are unused, and therefore set to 0.
