12. If 21 CFR Part 11 Features was selected, the next installation screen
requires that an alphanumeric activation key be entered for 21 CFR
Part 11-compatible feature purchase verification and feature activation.
The activation key can be obtained by contacting the technical services
department by phone, E-mail, or via the Agilent website. The system-
generated ID, sales order number, instrument serial number, and
purchaser and institution names are required to request and obtain an
activation key. After inputting the activation key, click
Next.
