7. MAKİNENİN KULLANIMI
7.1. TOHUM AYARI
Tohum ayarı şlemne başlamak çn traktörün durduğuna emn
olunuz. Tohum ayarını yaparken kol le derecenn sabt olarak
kalmasını sağlayan cvatayı gevşetnz, derece kolunu sağlam ve
dengel durduğunuz takdrde stedğnz ayara getrnz ve derece kolu
le derece arasındak cvatayı sıkıştırınız. Bu şlem yaparken tohum
kutularının olduğu bölüme elnz
sokmayınız.
Tohum ayarını mbzermz
üzernde bulunan tohum derece
cetveln kullanarak yapınız. Tohum
Sandığı ön kısmında bulunan derece
vasıtasıyla dekara stenlen kg'de
hububat düşürülmes sağlanır.
Otomatk sstemnn hareket;
m a k  n e n  n  ş d u r u m u n a
getrlmesyle tohum kursaklarına
gelen hareketle çalışmaya başlar.
Makne üzernde tohum derece
kolunun alt tarafında bulunan tohum
derece cetvel referansıyla tohum
dşlsnn çalışma genşlğ tayn
edlerek hububatın az veya çok atılması sağlanır (Şekl 8).
Bu ayarın yapılmasında araz şartlarına göre hububat ağırlığı (kg)
tespt edlmes ve tablodak uygun klogramda seçlmes karşılık gelen
dereceye bırakılması gerekr. Tohum derece cetvelnde belrtlen
rakamlara karşılık gelen tohum mktarları tohum cnsne göre
farklılıklar göstereblr (Tablo 4).

önce ekm normunun hesaplanması
f a y d a l ı o l a c a k t ı r. B u  ş l e m
kılavuzumuzdak sonrak sayfalarda
tarf edlmştr.
Tohum sandığı çnde bulunan
şamandıra sstem, sandık çnde
kalan tohumun mktarını belrler ve
sandık dışında bulunan gösterge
sayesnde tohum sevyesnn kontrol
e d  l m e s  n  s a ğ l a r . T o h u m
sandığındak tohum btmeden
doldurma şlem yapınız. Kullanımı
bten mbzerde kalan tohumu
boşaltmak çn boşaltma kolunu
kullanınız (Şekl 9).
7.2. Gübre Ayarı
Gübre ayarı şlemne başlamak çn traktörün durduğuna emn
olunuz. Gübre ayarını yaparken kol le derecenn sabt olarak kalmasını
sağlayan cıvatayı gevşetnz. Derece kolunu sağlam ve dengel
durduğunuz takdrde stedğnz ayara getrnz ve derece kolu le
derece arasındak cıvatayı sıkıştırınız. Bu şlem yaparken elnz
sıkıştırmayınız ve gübre kutularının olduğu bölüme elnz sokmayınız.

7. USAGE OF MACHINE
7.1. Adjustment Of Seed
Be sure that the tractor is stopped before starting adjustment of
seed. While adjusting of seed, loosen the xing bolt of seed degree
lever, adjust the required adjustment then tighten the xing bolt.
While you are doing this process don't insert your hands into the seed
hoppers.
Make the adjustment of seed by
using of the seed degree table on
seed drill. According to demand you
can arrange fertilizer weight to be
thrown away to 10,000 m2 by using
of degree scale. Movement of
automatic system starts with the
movement of seed distributors.
Adjusting of seed amount is adjusted
by means of the seed gear. Seed gear
spaces are adjusted by reference of
seed degree table under the seed
degree lever (Fig. 8).
While making this adjustment you must determine the grain
weight (kg) according to the eld conditions and must choose the
suitable weight (kg) by reference of seed degree table. Amount of
seed on the seed degree table can be changed according to type of
seed (Table 4).
So you should calculate the
sowing norm before starting to sow,
this process has been described on
the next pages of operator's manual.
The oat system in the seed
hopper determines the amount of
remaining seed and the indicator
that on seed hopper provides to
check the grain level. You should ll
the seed hopper before nishing of
seeds in the seed hopper. After
nishing of sowing process you can
empty the seed hopper by using of
unloading bar (Fig. 9).
7.2. Adjustment Of Fertilizer
Be sure that the tractor is stopped before starting the adjustment of
fertilizer. While adjusting of fertilizer loosen the xing bolt of seed
degree lever. Adjust the seed degree lever to required adjustment and
tighten the knob bolt. While you are doing this process don't insert
your hands into the seed hoppers.

stenlen mktarda gübre atılır (Şekl
11). Gübre ayar cetvelnde uygun
klogramın seçlmes ve karşılık gelen
dereceye bırakılması gerekmektedr.
Kullanımı bten mbzerde kalan
gübrey boşaltmak çn b e l l 
aralıklarda boşaltma pencereler de
mevcuttur (Şekl 12).

You can throw away the 20 different alternatives kg of fertilizer
(Table 5)
Fertilizers are riddled by means of
the sieve (Fig. 10) in the fertilizer
hopper and fertilizer clods are
broken into small pieces by means
of the mixer in hopper.

prevented. The amount of fertilizer
can be adjusted by means of the
degree adjusting lever on the rear
side of fertilizer box (Fig.11).
You should choose the suitable kg
on fertilizer adjusting table and
related to the degree on the fertilizer
degree scale.
There are emptying windows on
the machine for emptying of
remaining fertilizer (Fig. 12).
