B、The “three guarantees” duration of this product:
For a period of fifteen (15) days from the original
date of purchase of the product, EROS will, replace
with new or refurbished product, product determined
to be defective. For a period of twelve (12) months
from the original date of purchase of the product,
EROS will repair the product determined to be
defective. For a period of one (1) month from the
original date of purchase of the product, EROS will
supply new or refurbished replacement parts in
exchange for parts determined to be defective.
C、Under the condition of normal use and maintenance
of the purchased products, during the “three
guarantees” commitment period, the products can
enjoy free service after being tested and determined
by the EROS Technology and technical personnel
as long as the defects are due to the failure caused
by the device itself.
D、For a period of seven(7) days from the original
date of purchase of the product, the customer can
return the product for a full refund. If the product
malfunctions within seven (7) days from the original
