Answering a call with the handset
1. Lift the handset when receiving a
call.
2. Speak with the other party.
3. When the communication ends,
hang up handset.
Receiving a call with hands-free
1. When receiving a call, tap .
2. Speak with the other party.
3. To end a call, tap .
Note
• If the calling destination is located in an environment prone
to echoing, your voice and ambient noise may echo and be
heard on the station during a call. This can be improved by
adjusting the microphone volume on this station or the
receive volume on the other station.
Note
• Lifting the handset during a hands-free call will switch the
call to the handset.
• It may be difficult to listen or talk hands-free when the
ambient noise is loud. Talk using the handset or touch-to-
talk.
