13. Maintenance & Storage: 13. Wartung und Lagerung:
To ensure the fogger is ready for
use at all times, we recommend
the following:
a) Rinse fog solution tank with a
suitable cleaning agent or
diluent. Pour approx. 1 cup of
water in the solution tank, shake
well and fog to clear pipe
system.
b) Clean outside of fogger to remove
dirt.
Um sicherzustellen, dass das
Nebelgerät jederzeit einsatzbereit
ist, werden folgende Schritte
empfohlen:
a) Nebellösungsbehälter mit
einem geeigneten reinigungsmittel
oder Verdünnungsmittel
ausspülen. Ungefähr 1/4 l Wasser
in den Lösungsbehälter einfüllen,
gut schütteln und vernebeln, um
das Rohrsystem zu reinigen.
b) Das Äußere des Nebelgeräts
von Schmutz befreien.
c) Remove diaphragm (33) in air
intake valve (30). Check for any
damage and clean. Also clean
the valve body (34), the spacer
plate (32) and the silencer (60)
with a soft cloth. (Fig. 22)
d) Remove carbon residue in
resonator tube (97), solution
socket (114), dosage nozzle
(117) and fog tube (108) with
the scraper and the wire brush.

c) Membran (33) in
Lufteinlassventil (30)
entfernen. Auf Schäden prüfen
und reinigen. Auch
Ventilkörper (34), Distanzplatte
(32) und Schalldämpfer (60)
mit einem weichen Tuch
reinigen (Abb. 22)
d) Kohlerückstände in
Resonatorrohr (97),
Lösungsstutzen (114),
Dosierdüse (117) und
Nebelrohr (108) mit Schaber
und Drahtbürste entfernen

It is important that any soot or
carbon deposits at the end of
the resonator tube should be
removed.
