      smartinezAug 23, 2025
If the compressor of your Airwell Air Conditioner is running but some units aren't generating capacity, several issues could be the cause. It could be an EEV problem, refrigerant leakage, or a blocked indoor or outdoor coil. Check the EEV, refrigeration system, and clean filters or remove any blockages from the coils.

What to do if my Airwell Air Conditioner indoor fan won't start?
    • D
      davismeganAug 29, 2025
If the indoor fan of your Airwell Air Conditioner isn't starting, but the louvers are open and the green LED is on, it could be due to several reasons. If the unit is in heat mode, the coil might not be warm yet, so try changing to cool mode. The outdoor unit might be in the opposite mode, so try changing the operation mode. Also, there could be a problem with the controller or capacitor. Try changing to high speed and check that the power supply to the motor is higher than 130VAC (for triack controlled motor) or higher than 220VAC for fixed speed motors, if OK replace capacitor, if not OK replace controller.

What does no OFAN feedback mean on my Airwell YAZ318?
    • J
      jbookerSep 8, 2025
If there is no OFAN feedback in your Airwell Air Conditioner, it means that no encoder signal can be detected from the OFAN. Check the DC-FAN hall sensor connection/plug for damage. Check DC-FAN for any blockage. Measure between U-V, U-W for resistance using multimeter. Resistance value should be below 1 OHM. If multimeter display high resistance, replace DC-FAN motor, otherewise replace controller.
