4-7. Releasing an exposure
1) Pick up the exposure release switch.
NOTE
Ensure radiation protection.
Maintain maximum possible distance from the source.

2)
Press the exposure release switch to
the prep position ( i.e. first position )
and hold for 1∼2 seconds,
then READY indicator will glows on the
operating control panel.
Do not press the exposure release
switch to the exposure position.
( i.e. second position )
NOTE
After the X-ray tube has been warmed up (approx. 1∼2sec.), the exposure
can be released without delay. This helps to eliminate motion artifacts.
