CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
AUTOMATIC TUNING:
1. In radio mode, press the TIME button to
automatically scan the radio channels.
2. The radio will scan available
frequencies and store them.
3. Use the TU- and TU+ buttons to select
stored channels.
AUX-IN:
1. Connect an aux cable (not included) to
the Aux-in jack of the Portable Radio.
Connect the other end to your external
device.
2. Press the function button to select AUX
mode.
3. Select and play songs from your
external device. The sound will be
played through the speakers of the
radio.
4. Press the VOL +/- button to adjust the
volume.
USB/SD:
1. Insert your USB or SD card into
the corresponding port/slot on the
Portable Radio.
2. Press the FUNCTION button to select
USB/SD mode.
3. Use the buttons on the Retro Radio to
control playback.
ALARM:
1. Plug the radio in and turn on.
2. Press and hold the time button to enter
alarm setup. The time will flash on the
display.
3. Press CLK- and CLK + to select the
hour.
4. Press TIME to confirm.
5. Press CLK- and CLK+ to select the
minutes and press TIME to confirm.
6. When the alarm sounds it will ring for
2 minutes.
7. Press ALARM OFF to turn o the alarm
when it rings.
8. Press SNOOZE to snooze the alarm for
9 minutes. You can snooze the alarm
five times.
9. To cancel the alarm altogether, long
press ALARM OFF
CLOCK:
1. Short press the TIME button. The time
will flash on the display.
2. Press CLK- and CLK + to select the
hour and press TIME to confirm. Enter
the minutes in the same way.
3. Press the Time button to confirm.
Note: To set the clock, the radio must be in
standby mode.
STANDBY:
The Retro Radio will switch to standby mode
if it is left idle on the Aux or USB/SD modes
for over 10 minutes.
SLEEP TIMER:
The sleep timer allows you to play music for
a certain amount of time, before the radio
turns itself o automatically.
1. Press and hold the SLEEP button.
2. The display will run through the options
90-80-70-60-40-30-20-10-OFF.
3. When the display shows the required
time (in minutes), stop pressing the
button.
4. The SLEEP indicator will stay at the
bottom of the screen.
5. The radio will continue playing for the
selected amount of minutes and will
atomically turn o when the timer has
finished.
