diameter
tape
wound
on
a
5”
reel
and
measure
the
brake
tension
with
a
tension
gauge
as
shown
in
Fig.
9.
Ideal
tape
tension
is
350
grams.

separates
from
the
cloth
tape
on
the
brake
drum
