Dolby
NR

activates
the
Dolby
circuit
to
raise low level signals

This
process eliminates
extraneous
and
superimposed
noise,
thus
also eliminating
tape
hiss.
When using
tape
recorded
with
the
Dolby
process,
it is
necessary
that
this
switch

metal
tapes
to META L.
