What to do if my AKG C518 M has no sound?

If your AKG Microphone isn't producing sound, several factors could be at play. First, ensure that the power to both the mixer and amplifier is switched on. Check that the channel or master fader on the mixer, or the volume control on the amplifier, isn't set to zero; adjust it to the desired level. Verify the microphone is properly connected to the mixer or amplifier. Make sure all cable connectors are securely seated. Inspect the cable for any defects and replace it if necessary. Finally, check if there's no supply voltage, and if so, switch the phantom power on, ensuring it's connected to a power outlet or has batteries inserted. Check the cable and replace it if needed.
