Why is there no sound from my AKG WMS420?

Several factors could cause a lack of sound. Ensure the AC adapter is correctly connected to both the receiver and the power outlet. Verify that the receiver is switched ON. Check the connections between the receiver and the mixer or amplifier. Also, make sure the volume control on the receiver isn't set to zero. Confirm that the microphone or instrument is properly connected to the pocket transmitter and that the transmitter and receiver are on the same frequency range. The transmitter switch should be set to "ON", and the batteries should be correctly inserted and not depleted. Finally, ensure that the transmitter is within range of the receiver, without obstructions, and not near metal objects.
