Caution!
Before troubleshooting, always switch off the engine and disconnect the spark plug connector.
Problem Solution
Engine does not start. ▪ Add petrol.
▪ Set throttle to "Start".
▪ Openthechoke,pushtheprimerbutton.
▪ Check the spark plugs and replace if necessary.
Engineperformanceisdiminished. ▪ Clean discharge chute/housing.
▪ Removesnowandicefromaugerandimpeller.
▪ Reduce operating speed.
Wheel drive does not work when clutch
lever is pressed.
▪ Adjust control cable.
▪ Contactthecustomerserviceworkshop.
Wheel drive cannot be stopped
(does not disengage).
▪ Switch off the engine.
▪ Donotattemptrepair!
▪ Contactthecustomerserviceworkshop.
Auger does not turn when clutch lever
is pressed.
▪ Shear pin is broken, replace.
▪ Adjust control cable.
▪ Contactthecustomerserviceworkshop.
Auger drive cannot be stopped
(does not disengage).
▪ Switch off the engine.
▪ Donotattemptrepair!
▪ Contactthecustomerserviceworkshop.
Machine vibrates excessively. ▪ Checkaugerandimpeller.
Machine pulls to one side. ▪ Checkthetyrepressureandinate.
▪ Checktheskidplates;adjustorreplace.
