Getting Started

Connect HearLink PLUS to Power

Connect HearLink PLUS to a power outlet or TV USB port using the supplied USB power cable.

Connect TV Audio Input

Connect the HearLink PLUS TX port to the TV via optical or 3.5mm audio cable.

Turn On BeHear PROXY Neck Speaker

Turn on the BeHear PROXY by sliding the power button until it vibrates and the LED turns light blue.

Check for illuminated A and LL indicators on HearLink PLUS for successful connection.

Charging the Neck Speaker

Charge the neck speaker from a wall outlet or computer USB port; LED indicates charging status.

Troubleshooting No Audio

Ensure TV audio out is active and toggle Play/Pause on the BeHear neck speaker or HearLink PLUS.

Troubleshooting Delayed Connection

Briefly shift the BeHear PROXY Power button to reconnect it to the HearLink PLUS transmitter.
