PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT
Pressure controller is provosionally set at the factory.
The setting value must be locally adapted to the
machine conditions.
1. Open protective slide.
2. Adjustment of setting values N and V is only
possible during operation. (Figure 3)
3. Check ignition reliability of burner.
4. At min. Performance: Set zero point adjustment N.
5. At max performance: Set ratio V.
6. If necessary, repeat settings 4 and 5. Check
intermediate values.
7. Seal setting screws with lead.
Warning : Ensure optimum combustion and
ignition reliability..
Screwing back:
After setting the required pressure point:
1. Close protective slide.
2. Secure protective slide closed position with a screw (Figure 4).

THREADED FLANGE VERSION MBC…VEF
ASSEMBLY & DISASSEMBLY
1. Mount flange on to tube line. Use appropriate sealing
agent (Figure 1).
2. Insert MBC...VEF. Note position of O-rigns.
(Figure 2)
3. Tighten screws A – H.
4. Perform leakage and functionality tests after
installation.
5. Deassembly in reverse order.
