Problem Cause Remedy
Battery will not
charge
USB cable is not
plugged in.
Surrounding air
temperature is too
hot or too cold.
Plug in the USB cable again,
and check the status of the
indicator to check whether
the current is connected.
Move the product to
an environment with
appropriate temperature for
charging
During
operation, the
screwdriver stops
working
The battery of
screwdriver is out
of power, or the
torque level is not
suitable for the task.
Charge or increase torque.
