Notes on the media
Note the following:
• Due to the numerous different fi le systems and fi le formats, connected USB
memory sticks cannot be guaranteed to function.
• Depending on the size of the data medium, it may take some time for the sys-
tem to be detected.
• Supported fi le systems are FAT16 and FAT32. The supported fi le format is MP3.
• External hard disks are not supported.
Inserting SD cards and USB fl ash drives
− Insert an SD memory card into the SD card slot or insert a USB memory stick into
the USB port.
− The tracks are read and the device immediately starts to play the fi rst track.
NOTICE!
The USB port is not suitable for charging USB devices.
Starting/stopping playback
− Press the button to start playing tracks. To pause playback, press the button
again. Press the button once again to resume playback.
Track selection
− Press the button to skip to the previous track. Use the button to skip to the
next track.
Repeat functions
− Press the REPEAT button once or several times to run through the repetition
modes. The device has a number of different modes:
• Repeat individual track (REPEAT 1)
• Repeat all tracks (REPEAT ALL).
