Assembly.
3. Remove Stud (

4. Remove Filter Tube (

) from the Body.
Control Valve Handle
NOTE

1. Unscrew Swivel Assembly (

) from Body (

2. Remove O-Ring (

) from the Swivel Assembly.
3. Remove Strainer (

), Compression Spring (

), and
Spring Support (

) from the Body.
4. Remove Small Compression Spring (

), Seal (

),
and Push Rod (

) from the Body.
5. Remove Screws (

) that secure Lever Assembly (

to Cam (

• Remove the Lever Assembly from the Cam.
NOTE
: The Lever Assembly is serviced as
an assembly.
6. Remove the Cam from the Body.
7. Remove O-Rings (

) from the Cam.
8. Remove Roll Pin (

) from the Body as required.

Clean and Inspect
NOTE
: Use a repair kit for replacement
parts. Make sure all the components are
included in the kit before discarding used
parts.
1. Clean all metal parts in cleaning solvent. The solvent
should be environmentally safe.
2. Inspect all parts for wear and/or damage.
• Replace as necessary.
3. Closely inspect the mating surfaces of all components
for any imperfections. Ensure a smooth and clean
contact is obtained when assembled.
