How to calculate cleaning time
The cleaning t
ime depends on pitch angle and rotation speed.
A full cycle 0° - 150° - 0° (300°) with 1° pitch angle and 1 rpm takes 300 minutes.
Because of varying pitch angles and small changes in rotation speed during cleaning, all figures are
approximate.
The RPM is preset at factory based on the specified pressure. If the actual pressure is higher than what
originally has been specified, the nozzle will move faster and the total cleaning time will be reduced
accordingly.
The tolerance for the RPM setting is ± 15 sec./rev. depending on the actual position of the gun.
