A basic 0° programme 1 (or very close) pitch angle can be useful if there is a dirty area around ullage level to
be cleaned.
A pitch giving a distance of 0.5 m height between two jets on the surface with the longest distance from the gun
can be used as a guide when choosing the pitch angle for programme 1, 2 or 3 depending on type of cleaning
used. See table below.
Programme “full” can be used for flushing.
