Opening
Drain the plate heat exchanger.
Inspect the sliding surfaces of the carrying
bar and wipe clean.
Warning!
To avoid hand injuries owing to sharp edges,
protective gloves should always be worn
when handling plates and protective sheets.
Warning!
If the heat exchanger is
hot, wait until it has cooled
down to about 40 °C
(104 °F).
