What to do if Allen + Roth Plumbing Product faucet is leaking from the handle?

If you notice a leak from under the handle or from the spout when your Allen + Roth Plumbing Product faucet is off, there are a couple of potential reasons. First, the bonnet nut might not be tight enough. Try removing the handle and retightening the bonnet nut. If the leak persists after tightening the nut, the cartridge may be damaged. In this case, contact customer service to request a new cartridge, and replace the old one once you receive it.
