８．１ Daily maintenance
① Replacement of water
Be sure to replace water in the chamber every day as follows .
Failure to this replacement reduce life span of chamber
due to choking pipes and/or oxidizing water.
● How to replace water
１． Open lid, and empty chamber.
(also base plate, use base plate hook for CL-40L)
２． Unload exhaust bottle from housing hole and draw out exhaust hose from the bottle.
３． Put the chamber drain tray under the drain outlet as below figure.
４． Open the drain valve located at left side of housing hole.
５． After draining whole water in chamber, close drain valve.
６． If there is foreign object, remove it and load base plate.
７． Pour water to the same level as base plate.
For the drainage
Do not open lid until chamber pressure goes down to “0MPa”.
Steam spouts out of chamber by residual pressure which may cause burn injury.
