● Stop operation
Follow below steps to stop operation.
① Press STOP KEY to cool down the chamber.
(Press EXHAUST KEY to shorten cooling time if needed.)
② When TEMPERATURE DISPLAY indicates 80℃, complete alarm sounds and
COMPLETE LAMP blinks.
③ Press STOP KEY again to release lid lock then COMPLETE LAMP turns off.
④ After checking if the pressure gauge indicates 0MPa, slide the lid lock lever slowly to
open position (right end) with pressing front part of the lid cover. Then, open lid slowly.
Do not open lid until pressure gauge indicates 0MPa and TEMPERATURE DISPLAY indicates below
80℃.
Steam spouts out of chamber by residual pressure which may cause burn injury.
When sterilizing liquid, it takes longer to cool. Be sure to check the temperature go down
sufficiently then unload the liquid container from chamber slowly, or you may get burned by
bumping of liquid.
Liquid objects keep high temperature after sterilization complete since temperature of liquid cool down slower than
temperature in chamber.
In case of breakage or spill of objects, be sure to clean inside of chamber to use autoclave safely,
or it may decrease life of heating element and/or chamber, then causes corrosion of chamber and
serious accident.
Use a heat-resistance glove when operator unloads objects after operation complete.
If operator touches chamber and/or objects without heat-resistance glove, operator may get burned.
Manual exhaust under 121℃ is desirable.
Exhausted steam from the chamber is not cool enough which may cause burn injury.
And water in exhaust cooling tank reduces faster therefore frequent water supply is required.
