7.2 Emission Control System Warranty
The generator engine complies with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Environment of Canada, and
the state of California (if the model is certied by CARB). The following systems and/or parts are covered
by this warranty. Failures or improper operation of the following systems and components will be diagnosed
and repaired with no charge for labor or parts.
Fuel System
• Carburetor including the choke system and replaceable high altitude main jets
• Engine speed control system (Economy Throttle)
• Intake manifold
• Engine control module
Evaporative Control System
• Fuel tank
• Fuel cap
• Fuel strainer
• Fuel valve
• Fuel pump
• Fuel lines
• Carbon canister (including brackets and connectors)
Air Induction System
• Air lter element*
• Air lter housing
Ignition system
• Ignition module
• Ignition coil
• Ignition winding
• Spark plug*
• Spark plug cap and wire
Exhaust system
• Catalyst
• Exhaust manifold
• Secondary air injection assembly
Miscellaneous
• Pipes, tubes, hoses and clamps, o-rings, seals, and gaskets associated with the above systems.
