Key-off Pause
If the ignition is turned off while a cassette is playing, the tape head and pinch roller
disengage from the tape, but the cassette remains in the cassette compartment with the
cassette door completely closed. When the ignition switch is turned on again, playback
will begin from the point where it was left off.
REPEAT
The repeat feature allows you to continuously play back a single selection.
1. Press the REPEAT switch @.
2. The music currently playing will be played back repeatedly.
3. To stop repeat playback, press the REPEAT switch @ a second time.
Scan
This function allows playback of the first 10 seconds of each selection on the tape in
succession. This function is useful in searching for a specific program ahead on a tape. A
second push of the SCAN switch @ or pressing the TAPE switch @ deactivates the
function,
LOUDness Switch
Press the LOUD switch 4) to boost low and high frequencies. This will compensate for
the ear's reduced sensitivity to these frequencies at low volume levels. To remove this
compensation, press the switch again.
