Initial
System
Start
(Bus

reset)
When
connecting
a
changer
to
an
existing
system,
it
is
a
good
idea
to
reset
the
bus
line
from
the
head
unit
to
make
sure
the
changer
is
powered
up
in
the
proper
stand-by
state.
To
do
this,
press
and
hold
the
DISC
(
»/#H
)
button
@
for
at
least
3
seconds.
Reduce
the
volume
of
your
system
before
resetting
since
a
loud
noise
may
occur.

on
next
page.)

Turn
On
the
system
by
pushing
the
PWR
button

or
any
other
button
(other
than
Eject

or
CLOCK

2.
Press
the
Audio
MODE

select
each
adjusting
mode.

The
Bass
and
Treble
controls
can
be
individually
set
for
each
source
(FM,
MW/LW,
Tape,
and
CD).
Once
set,
their
positions
are
automatically
memorized.
Whenever
the
source
is
reselected,
the
Bass
and
Treble
controls
will
return
to
your
preset
configuration.
Four
preset
volume
levels
can
be
set
for
traffic
information
reception
in
the
SDK
mode.

the
frequency:
The
frequency
is
decreased
by
one
step
each
time
the
DN
switch

is
pressed.
By
pressing
and
holding
the
switch
for
at
least
0.5
seconds,
the
unit
will
automatically
tune
the
first
station
it
finds
in
the
direction
of
decreasing
frequency.
3.
Increasing
the
frequency:
The
frequency
is
increased
by
one
step
each
time
the
UP
switch
@
is
pressed.
By
pressing
and
holding
the
switch
for
at
least
0.5
seconds,
the
unit
will
automatically
tune
to
the
first
station
it
finds
in
the
direction
of
increasing
frequency.
