Time Setting
[Time] is selected on the General setup menu in step 3. Refer to
“General Setup Operation” (page 28).
The clock indication on the monitor display is turned on or off
respectively.
Setting item: Clock Display
Setting contents: Off / Type A / Type B
You can select the clock display type, 12-hour or 24-hour, depending on
your preference.
Setting item: Clock Mode
Setting contents: 12h (Initial setting) / 24h
• When the Clock Display setting is set to “Off,” setting is not
available.
Setting item: Hour
Setting contents: AM12 - AM11 - PM12 - PM11 (12h) or 00 - 23
(24h)
• Touch and hold [-] or [+] to run through a change sequence
automatically.

Setting Top banner and Bottom banner
Display
[Top/Bottom Banner Fade Out] is selected on the General setup menu
in step 3. Refer to “General Setup Operation” (page 28).
You can configure the display setting for the Top banner and Bottom
banner for the audio/visual source.
Setting item: Top/Bottom Banner Fade Out
Setting contents: Off (Initial setting) / Top / Top and Bottom
Screen/LED Customize
Touch [Screen/LED Customize] on the General setup menu in step 3.
Refer to “General Setup Operation” (page 28).
The illumination control adjusts the brightness of the backlighting based
on the car ambient lighting for easier viewing.
Setting item: Dimmer
Setting contents: Auto (Initial setting) / On / Off
• When “Auto” or “On” is set, the setting is also applied for the button
lighting in “Adjusting the Dimmer of Button Lighting at Night”
(page 30).

Clock Display Setting
Off: Not displayed
Typ e A : The clock indication is displayed in the upper right
corner of the screen when the Top banner fades out.
Typ e B : The clock indication is always displayed in the bottom
right corner of the screen.

Top : Top banner will fade out after 5 seconds if no
operations are performed.
Top and Bottom: Top banner and Bottom banner will fade out

Setting the Brightness of the Backlighting
Auto: Adjust the brightness of the background illumination of
the monitor automatically to the brightness of the car
interior.
On: Keep the background illumination of the monitor dark.
Off: Deactivate Auto Dimmer mode to keep the background
illumination of the monitor bright.
