How to fix an Alpine PSS-22WRA that will not turn on?
    • T
      Timothy BarnesJul 27, 2025
If your Alpine Car Receiver system isn't turning on, it could be due to a missing or blown fuse at the battery. In this case, insert or replace the fuse. Another possible cause is that the radio's Remote Turn-On wire may be disconnected. To solve this, verify that the Remote Turn-On wire is properly connected.

Why is the volume so loud on my Alpine PSS-22WRA with an aftermarket headunit?
    • D
Dr. Cindy Meyer DVMAug 1, 2025
If the volume is too loud with an aftermarket headunit in your Alpine Car Receiver, it might be because the speaker level out is connected at the T-Harness. To fix this, ensure that the low level RCA adapters are used in the aftermarket headunit system. Also, the amplifier's gain control might not be properly adjusted. Refer to the corresponding system diagram to adjust it correctly.
