Make sure to check filters, filter grills/registers, duct system and air handler inlet/outlet for blockages.

Additionally, seized circulator blower motor bearings or a failed circulator blower motor could be the cause. Remove and repair/replace wheel/motor if necessary. Also check circulator blower motor shaft rotation and motor, replace motor if necessary.
