  If the feed slot of your Amazon Paper Shredder is jammed: 1. Exit AUTO mode by pressing the button. Then, press the button again to eject the jammed material. 2. If that doesn't work, try to spread and loosen the paper using a thicker piece of paper, and then press the button to shred again. 3. As a last resort, loosen the jammed paper with shredder oil. Drizzle some oil into the paper/card feed slot where the paper is jammed, let it soak for about 30 minutes, and then repeat the procedure.

  If your Amazon Paper Shredder motor is constantly running while in AUTO mode, press the button to exit AUTO mode. Then, clean the sensors located near the center of both feed slots using a dry cotton swab.

  If your Amazon Paper Shredder doesn't switch on, there are several things you can check: * Ensure the shredder is plugged into a working socket-outlet, verifying power with a voltage tester if needed. * Confirm the on/off switch is set to the 'I' position. * If the motor has overheated from extended use (over 20 minutes), allow it to cool down for at least 20 minutes. * Make sure the bin is correctly fitted in place after emptying. * For small papers or credit cards, feed them directly into the center area of the feed slot to activate the motor.
