What to do if American Eagle AE-MC12N motor unit stops working suddenly during operation?
    • M
      Michael LittleJul 28, 2025
If the motor unit stops suddenly, it could be due to overloading or a tight knob/obstruction. First, turn the forward/reverse switch to OFF and allow the unit to cool for 10-15 minutes. If it is because of tightening knob being fastened too tightly, or there is an obstruction within the cutter head, remove the meat cutter attachment from the motor, inspect the cutter head, and clear any obstructions. After addressing either issue, press the Reset button, and then resume operation.

Why American Eagle AE-MC12N Commercial Food Equipment meat output is not smooth during cutting?
    • K
      kevinbondAug 4, 2025
If the meat output isn't smooth during cutting, several factors could be at play. The meat might be too warm; in this case, chill it to 32ºF-34ºF (0ºC-1ºC). Alternatively, the tightening knobs may be too tight, so loosen them to be hand-tight. A partially blocked cutter opening could also be the culprit; if so, turn the forward/reverse switch to OFF, let the unit cool for 10-15 minutes, remove the housing, and clear the blockage. Finally, worn or dulled blade edges can cause this issue, so replace the blades if necessary.

How to fix abnormal motor sound in American Eagle AE-MC12N Commercial Food Equipment?
    • K
      Kelly WilliamsAug 12, 2025
An abnormal or straining motor sound during operation can be caused by trying to cut completely frozen meat or worn/dulled blade edges. If you're cutting frozen meat, remove it and let it thaw before resuming. If the blades are worn, replace them.

How to stop squeaking noise from American Eagle AE-MC12N cutter?
    • A
      Aaron GarciaAug 20, 2025
If the cutter makes a squeaking noise during operation, the knob may be fastened too tight. Loosen the minor adjustment knob located on the front of the cutter to relieve pressure on the blades.
