Shortly after a black screen is displayed for a few seconds
and then the start up screen is displayed again.
Now press and hold down for a minimum of 5 seconds
while the start screen is displayed.
The calibrator will start in the simulation mode.
This mode is used to train personnel. The simulation differs
from the standard setting in the following ways:
The instrument does not actually heat up or cool down the
well.
The heating and cooling processes are simulated at
exaggerated speeds.
Data are not stored in the calibrator’s memory.
The calibrator will remain in simulation mode until it is
switched off.
