9.1.3 Maximum working temperature
The maximum continuous temperature that the valve can operate at is
determined by the temperature element(s) fitted to the valve. This
information is contained in Section 3.4, Table 2.
The element(s) in the valve may be subjected to slightly higher maximum
temperature for a short term period, the value for which is also stated in
Section 3.4, Table 2. The process fluid must be reduced to the maximum
continuous temperature within 30 minutes however, or permanent
damage to the element(s) may occur.
