The accumulated mileage (ODO) is displayed here and is not normally modified by the
user. To clear it, press the M button 10 times in succession while the mileage is flashing.
P08-Auto cruise disable/enable
0: no automatic cruise
1: with automatic cruise ( press the M button and held in position for a few seconds and
then automatically entered)
P09 - Metric/Imperial Switching
