  If your Andover Controls Power Supply isn't responding to the power switch, first, ensure that the power is available and properly connected to the AC or DC Input terminals, using a multimeter to check. If the input power seems fine, disconnect everything from the unit, open the cover, and check the plug-in power fuse component(s) for continuity with an Ohm meter. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a similar value fuse, then replace the cover.
