Usage Features:
The appliance comes with several accessories to enhance its versatility:
- Wire Rack, Mesh Rack, Baking Plate: These are used for dehydration, cooking crispy snacks, fish, steak, and reheating foods like pizza. The mesh rack should always be used with the baking plate.
- Rotisserie Fork Set: Ideal for roasting large cuts of meat or whole chickens. The forks are installed on a shaft, which is then inserted lengthwise through the food. Screws lock the forks in position. The cuboid end of the shaft fits into a hole on the right side of the oven, and the other side rests on a rotating shelf on the left. The rotation function should be activated for best results when using this set.
- Rotisserie Basket: Perfect for fries, roasting nuts, and other snacks. It opens and locks with a hasp. Installation is similar to the rotisserie fork set, with the cuboid end on the right and the other side on the rotating shelf. The rotation function is recommended for consistent cooking.
