This document describes the Anko Multi-Function Air Fryer, model ART06001A, a versatile kitchen appliance designed for both air frying and multi-cooking functions.
Function Description:
The Anko Multi-Function Air Fryer combines the capabilities of an air fryer and a multi-cooker in a single unit. It allows users to prepare a variety of dishes through different cooking programs.
As an Air Fryer, it utilizes a top heater and a bottom heating plate, operating alternately, along with a fan in the top lid to circulate hot air. This mode is suitable for cooking items like roasts, dehydrated foods, cakes, and fries. The frying basket and inner pot are used in this mode, with the frying basket base attached to the basket before being placed in the inner pot.
As a Multi-Cooker, it primarily uses a bottom heating plate. This mode requires the Steam Shield to be installed and the lid to be closed during cooking. Multi-cooking programs include stew, porridge, rice, and steam.
