  If your Anntlent Extender booster isn't working, consider the following: * Verify the booster is connected in the correct direction. * Confirm with your mobile carrier that the frequency band is correct. * Ensure both the indoor and outdoor antennas are properly installed. * Check the outdoor antenna's location. If your phone only gets a stable 3-bar signal there, try a location with a stronger signal. * If you have a metal roof, position the outdoor antenna at least 3 meters above it.

Why does my Anntlent AN-CL70AV Plus Extender mobile phone receive full signal but cannot normally make a call?

  If your mobile phone shows a full signal but calls won't connect when using the Anntlent Extender, the booster might be self-oscillating. To resolve this, increase the distance between the indoor and outdoor antennas. Ideally, use a wall or metal barrier to separate them.
