LED array electrical characteristics
Note (1) The LED can work normally if the PWM dimming ratio range is from 0% to 100% and the operation current
is 60mA.
Note (2) PLED = (ILED ×4) × VLED , LED matrix is 15S4P.The lightbar used by backlight unit.
Note (3) The lifetime of LED is defined as the time when it continues to operate under the conditions at Ta = 25 ±2 ℃
and I =
60 mA(Per EA) until the brightness becomes ≤50% of its original value.
Note(4): Pulse Width ≦10 msec and Duty ≦ 1/10
