• If the door runs into an obstruction when it is closing, the operator re-
tracts approx. 100 mm (note DIP switch 3 () setting) and then stops.
For reasons of safety, the next starting signal causes the door to move
only in the "OPEN" direction, until it has reached the upper end position.
At this point, both directions of travel are enabled again.

This function partly or completely opens the door, depending on the set-
ting. Application examples: ventilate the garage, open side of sectional
door for personal entry.
Partial opening can be used both with two wall switches and by transmitter
alone. In pure transmitter operation, the safety connection () terminals 7
+ 8 remain available.
When wall switch 2 is activated, the door is opened partially if it was
closed. If the door is already completely or partially open, pressing wall
switch 2 closes the door again.
Wall switch 1 opens the door completely, even if the door had been partly
opened with wall switch 2.

2. Teach radio channel 2
- Teach button 2 of the transmitter on radio channel 2 of the radio
receiver (see under &)
3. Set switch 2 to "ON" position: Adapt function mode of the safety
connection
- only if 2 switches are connected, otherwise the safety connection
(terminal 1 + 2) can be used e.g. for a light barrier.
4. Set switch 8 in "ON" position (activates partial opening).

• Press button 2 of the transmitter or press switch 2 (open door from

pressed a second time, or the door has reached the "OPEN DOOR"
end position.
• Press button 2 of the transmitter or the press switch 2 on reaching the
desired position.
• Close door with button 2 of the transmitter or press switch 2.
The desired partial opening is now stored and can be directly activated
with button 2 of the transmitter or wall switch 2.

Switch/radio channel 1 opens and switch/radio channel 2 closes the door.
2-channel operation can also be used only with the wall switch or transmit-
ter. If 2-channel operation is only controlled via the hand transmitter, the
safety connection is also available.

1 LED () shows the status of the control unit. If the LED flashes, no
power value has been taught. In normal mode, LED () behaves in the
same way as a connected warning light.
2 Bridge (): if the operator is to be operated without Soft Run, the
bridge can be cut. Soft Run is then deactivated.
