When You’re Done With the CD
When you start up your computer from a CD, the CD cannot be ejected in the usual way.
To restart your computer from the hard disk and eject the CD:
1 Choose Restart from the Special menu.
2 Immediately after hearing the startup sound, press the eject button on the front of the
CD-ROM drive.
Note: You can also change the startup disk by opening the Startup Disk control panel and
selecting the hard disk. Restart your computer. After startup, eject the CD by selecting its
icon and choosing Put Away from the File menu (or by dragging its icon to the Trash).
