One other Save operation
is
the temporary Save used
when printing a document.
If
a document has been altered,
and
you wish to
print
it before
any
Save operation, the Mac will
display a
box
telling you
that
it
is
saving the text during the
print sequence. This
is
removed from disk after printing.
Sometimes, you will want to save
both
the new
and
old
versions
of
a document. Since the Mac does not allow two files
of
the same name
on
the same disk, MacWrite features the
Save As command. Selecting this option will
prompt
the
box
depicted
in
figure 5.4 with the present document name dis-
played in the space, highlighted for editing. Substitute a differ-
ent
name in its place
and
select Save
to
complete the sequence.
