What to do if Aprimatic ZT4 C doesn't turn on?
    • S
      Steven LewisAug 4, 2025
If your Aprimatic Gate Opener doesn't turn on, there could be a few reasons. First, ensure that the power supply is on. Next, check the fuse; if it's defective, replace it with a new one of the same amperage. Finally, inspect the operator's power cable for damage and replace it if necessary, rectifying any underlying faults.

Why does my Aprimatic ZT4 C jerk when moving?
    • L
      Lori WatsonAug 14, 2025
An Aprimatic Gate Opener might jerk during motion due to several reasons. It could be caused by air in the cylinder; detach the operator from its front mounting, perform several opening and closing movements, and then re-fit it. Another cause can be insufficient oil in the cylinder; check for oil leaks, and if any are found, contact an APRIMATIC Repair Centre. Lastly, the front and rear operator mountings might be moving or incorrectly fitted; in this case, repair or strengthen the mountings.

What to do if Aprimatic Gate Opener motor runs but the gate doesn't move?

      Daniel WalkerAug 25, 2025
If the motor of your Aprimatic Gate Opener runs but the gate doesn't move, check the following. If your operator has a hydraulic release, ensure the release valve setting is closed by turning the valve fully clockwise. If there is no hydraulic release, adjust the opening pressure setting by screwing the pressure setting valve clockwise. Also, if the operator has been exposed to the sun for a long period with the gate closed, verify that the operator piston is not fully advanced. Check the operator mounting and the piston stroke measure.
