Function Description:
The Amaran 200x S is a versatile LED light that offers adjustable brightness (INT) and color temperature (CCT). Users can manually control these settings via dedicated knobs on the device or through the Sidus Link® mobile application. The light supports various lighting effects, including Paparazzi, Fireworks, Faulty Bulb, Lightning, TV, Pulsing, Strobe, and Explosion/Fire, which can be controlled via the app. The device is designed for easy setup with a Bowens Mount for attaching accessories like the Hyper-Reflector and a soft light umbrella. It is powered by AC and includes a protection cover for the COB chipset and a separate cover for the reflector when not in use.

Usage Features:
- Power ON/OFF: A dedicated power button allows users to turn the light on and off.
- Manual Control (INT/CCT):
- INT (Brightness): Rotate the INT adjusting knob to adjust brightness from 0-100% in 1% increments. Clicking the knob quickly cycles through brightness levels: 20%→40%→60%→80%→100% and back.
- CCT (Color Temperature): Rotate the CCT adjusting knob to change the color temperature from 2700K-6500K in 100K increments. Clicking the knob quickly cycles through preset color temperatures: 2700K→3200K→4300K→5600K→6500K and back.
- Bluetooth Control (Sidus Link® APP): The device can be controlled wirelessly via the Sidus Link® APP. Users can reset the Bluetooth connection by pressing the Bluetooth reset button. The app allows for comprehensive control over light effects (Paparazzi, Fireworks, Faulty Bulb, Lightning, TV, Pulsing, Strobe, Explosion/Fire) and offers firmware updates via OTA.
- Accessory Mounting: Features a Bowens Mount for quick attachment and detachment of accessories like the Hyper-Reflector. A soft light umbrella hole and locking knob are provided for easy installation of soft light umbrellas (sold separately).
- Adapter Mounting: The power adapter can be secured to the light's bracket using a wire rope, ensuring a tidy setup.
- Tripod Mounting: The lamp body can be adjusted to the desired height and angle on a tripod, secured by a tie-down and a lock handle.
Maintenance Features:
- Protection Cover: Always remove the protection cover before turning on the light to prevent overheating. Re-install the cover when packing the light away to protect the COB chipset.
- Cleaning: Only use a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product. Avoid using the light fixture in wet conditions to prevent electric shock.
- Disassembly: Do not disassemble the fixture. For service or repair, contact qualified service personnel or cs@aputure.com. Incorrect reassembly can cause electric shock. Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty, and the user may incur maintenance costs.
- Cable Management: Position power cables to prevent tripping, pulling, or contact with hot surfaces. Unplug the lighting fixture from the electrical outlet before cleaning, servicing, or storing. Store the power cable in its assigned space in the carrying case.
- Cooling: Allow the lighting fixture to cool completely before storing.
- Firmware Updates: Firmware can be updated online via the Sidus Link® app for OTA updates, ensuring the device remains up-to-date with the latest features and improvements.
- Safety Precautions: Avoid blocking ventilation or looking directly at the LED light source when powered on. Do not touch the LED light source under any condition. Keep the light away from flammable objects. Ensure the fixture is powered by a grounded outlet.
