4.20) Follow the directions written on the
primer stick (665044) prime the front
mount rail and the tub over the black
sticker, to the width of the front header
rail bracket to 15mm onto the side of the
tub and 35mm onto the front header rail
bracket.
Do this on both sides
4.21) Apply to either end on top of the front
mount rail the cut down bridge seal
(668PM005), by removing the backing
paper off the adhesive side and sticking
it down to the dimensions shown
opposite (15mm overlap only to the
side tub rails), ensuring its rearward
facing edge is up against the front
leading edge of the front corner bracket.
The ramp curved profile should go
between the front header rail and the
side of the tub as a “bridge”.
!! IMPORTANT !!
POSITION THE SEAL BRIDGE
EXACTLY AS SHOWN OR FRONT
CORNER WATER LEAKS COULD
OCCUR
4.22) Apply clear neutral silicon to the edges of
bridge seal as shown. Wipe clean and
make neat.
APPLY SILICON TO EACH SIDE
OF BRIDGE FRONT AND BACK
