5.3) Connect the (668PJ031)
canopy loom between the two
vehicle’s connectors.
5.4) ON XL, XLS, XLT,
WILDTRACK ONLY Locate
the earth screw on RH chassis
rail on the outside of the rail
and undo it with an 8mm
socket.
Reinstall the M6 screw with
earth eyelet attached from the
668PJ031 canopy loom.
5.5) ON RAPTOR ONLY
Locate the M6 weld nut on the
inside of the RH chassis rail
next to the spare tyre. Install
(6152008) Hex flange head
M6x25 screw through the
earth eyelet on the 668PJ031
canopy loom and secure it to
the chassis rail and torque to
9Nm.
FASTEN EARTH TERMINAL TO EXSTING M6
SCREW ON CHASSIS RAIL TO OUTSIDE
FASTEN EARTH TERMINAL USING M6 SCREW
FROM KIT ON CHASSIS RAIL TO INSIDE
